MOUNTAIN CITY - William Edward "Ed" Dugger, age 79, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2016 after his courageous battle with leukemia at the Sycamore Shoals Hospital. He was born on August 25, 1936 in Washington, County, Johnson City, TN to the late Barney and Alice Irene Cross Dugger. In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Winebarger and by one brother, Charlie Dugger.
